Bands

The method of choice for saving space in young patients who experience early loss of primary molar.  Now available on standard molar preformed bands.  In-office, one treatment.

1.     Select the proper size band and trial fit to the tooth, then remove.
       
2.     Slide wire into pre-welded tube, determine the proper length, cut wire, deburr             and lightly crimp.
       
3.     Trial fit assembly.  Crimp tubes over wire.  Seat the SpaceSaver and cement                 in place.
       
4.     Appliance should be free from teeth in contact from opposing arch.
